If teh transplant is succesful not. Both methods can form lumps, fat tarnsplant by fat tissue necrosis, macrolane by encapsulation

It is true that Inspira is a very good implant, but there are otehr very good ones as well.

Iam not so worried about the size but rather about the type of implant. I sit true that the Inspira implant is the best ?

Provided you are medically fit and your BMI is below 35 yes, you can.

It is true that lumpiness following macrolane injection is a possible risk of this kind of treatment.
We will have to await further exoerience with the substance to specify percentages of its occurrence.
I personally believe that injecting large volumes in one session is a contributing factor and prefer to split up in multiple interrpted sessions.
This is my opinion and experience , and not scientifically based, at least not so far.
