Before and after pictures abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)
Posted on April 2nd, 2009 12 commentsAbdominoplasty, or “tummy tuck” continues to be a very sought after, but also very frequently misunderstood operation. In my practice I do still frequently see patients who seem to be of the opinion that abdominoplasty is a weight loss operation which it is absolutely not, but should rather be labelled as a body reshaping operation.
We do here case examples of abdominoplasty surgery out of our practice:

Patient after substantiative weight loss
Rectus muscle laxity
Lax skin with stretchmarks
Diet resistant fat deposits (love handles)

Result after abdominoplasty
Rectus muscle plication
Liposuction flanks (love handles)
6 months post surgery
We do also frequently combine abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with breast surgeryPatient with weight loss
Sagginess of breasts
Rectus muscle diastasis
Lax stretched skin
ResultAbdominoplasty (Tummy tuck)
Together with reast uplift and augmentation
Inverted T-scar with subglandular implants
Liposuction flanks
